Award-winning chef Joey Macadangdang has been on Maui for over 20 years and was the head corporate chef for Roy’s Kahana before opening his own restaurant, Joey’s Kitchen, in Whaler’s Village, Kaanapali Beach. Chef Joey combined Hawaiian reginal cuisine and Filipino foods to create his own Filipino Fusion at Joey’s Kitchen.

Outrigger Pizza Co.
Realizing most people on Maui have not experienced a traditional wood-fired pizza, two paddling buddies joined together to form The Outrigger Pizza Company. They completed Hawaii’s first mobile wood-fired pizza oven and opened in March 2010. Using handmade doughs and sauces, they prepare and cook delicious pizza in an Italian-style clay oven. With a variety of pizza options including cheese, pepperoni, Lilikoi pork and white cheddar mushroom, there isn’t a wrong choice!
